One thing I get asked a lot, is how to look good in photos. This I would agree is an art form which can take years of practice, but one that is certainly worth the trouble. Think how often a bad holiday snap can trigger major issues with self image. So many women are unhappy with their weight and general appearance, frustrated about diets that don’t work and exercise they have no time to do. What I try to encourage is ways of giving the appearance of a slimmer/taller/curvier/petite figure (depending of course on what the client wants) and achieve this through clever clothes and accessory choices.

Four days of fashion madness over, here are some of the images of how our first ever Designer Showroom and Buyers Lounge looked.
Our amazing designers, Ezra, Essa, Amato, Emperor, Dima Ayad, Taller Mamo, Amira Harroon, House of Fattam, Tahir Sultan, Zayan The Label, Kage, Endemage, Toujouri, Aziz Humaid, Charbal Zoe, Gisella Blu, Hema Kaul, Reem Al Kanhal, Starch Foundation, Dina Jsr and Madiyah Al Sharqi.
A show which certainly had the wow factor, the venue lent itself perfectly to a show of this size, the frow was suitably ‘starry’ with Alexa Chung and Daisy Lowe in attendance. On the catwalk Alex Wek wowed in the way only she could, the looks were clean and tailored and styling thankfully was kept to a minimum to let the clothes speak for themselves.
